Only 1 entry per household is allowed. If a person is suspected or proven of using multiple entries, we reserve the right to deny that person any prizes and future use of EquityChallenge.com.
Stock selections must fit the challenge presented. I.E. if the challenge calls for a NASDAQ listed stock and an AMEX is selected, that entry will be void and uneligible for prize winnings.
All stock entries must be recieved by midnight pacific standard time on the sunday before the stock challenge begins. Entries are timestamped and late entries will not be accepted.
Stock picks are given to the first person to send in that particular stock selection. We have set it up for you to pick more than one as a backup just in case someone has beaten you to the punch. Enter your stock as early as possible to avoid duplicating others entries.
While we do try our best to ensure delivery of prizes, we can not guarentee delivery to some countries outside the United States. We will send it, but we can not promise you will get it in some places.
Once a stock picking challenge is over and we have the winners, the top 3 will pick out of the prizes in order of their performance. We will send emails to the parties, if these are not responded back to within a week, we just move down the list of eligible winners and allow them a chance to claim the prizes.
The stock contest winners are determined by the top 3 percentage gainers(or losers depending on the contest)from the regular hours open price on monday morning (9:30 a.m. eastern)to the last price on fridays close (4:00 pm eastern).
As this is a new site, rules are subject to change as we work out the kinks in the system.
